Youth Sports | Softball

The Greendell Softball program is a member of the Boni-Vital Minor Softball League which is a division of the Manitoba Softball Association. The Greendell Falcons softball program provides instruction and organized games for boys and girls from ages 4 to 19. Registration for all age groups from Learn to Play (ages 4-6) to Midgets (ages 17 -19) is held in the early spring usually at the being of March. The season for all teams typically starts the first week in May and runs till the end of June.

Learn to Play 1 - Monday and Wednesday - ages 4-6
Learn to Play 2 - Tuesday and Thursday - ages 7-8
Mite B - Monday and Wednesday - ages 9-10
Mite C - Monday and Wednesday - ages 9-10
Squirt B - Tuesday and Thursday - ages 11-12
Squirt C - Tuesday and Thursday - ages 11-12
PeeWee B - Monday and Wednesday - ages 13-14
PeeWee C - Monday and Wednesday - ages 13-14
Bantam B - Tuesday and Thursday - ages 15-16
Bantam C - Tuesday and Thursday - Girls ages 15-16
Midget - Monday and Wednesday, but they may also have some games on other nights - Girls ages 17-18-19

At the Learn to Play (LTP) level, children require a good pair of runners, a glove and a helmet. They receive a keeper t-shirt that will be given to them at the beginning of the season.

At the higher levels, rubber cleats are required, and a uniform/jersey will be provided to use for the season.
